We offer a refund and/or exchange within 2 (TWO) working days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility as specified hereunder. Therefore, if 2 working days have passed since delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stylebuddy.in and send your item to: (Relevant Address).
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days of initiating the refund.

Cancellation
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our Unit, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at support@stylebuddy.in.
If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 2%. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway.
All commissions payable to Style Buddy by Service Providers on consummated transactions, i.e. exchange of services for consideration, are final and non-refundable.
