We strive to deliver products purchased from StyleBuddy in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
We usually deliver between 24 to 36 hours from receipt of your order along with payment.
If you chose to customize the outfits, we usually deliver between 7 to 10 days from confirmation of the customisation of your order.
If the order is cancelled, un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customers and are non-refundable in nature. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
